Basic technical information may also be collected by the hosting provider for security, reliability and aggregate traffic measurement.

Information you provide is used to respond to your enquiry, assess whether I can help and, where relevant, discuss or provide professional services.

I do not sell your personal information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Personal information is processed where it is necessary to respond to your request, take steps before entering a contract, perform a contract or pursue legitimate business interests in operating an independent consultancy.

Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including legal, accounting and business record requirements.

Contact form submissions are processed by Formspree for delivery and spam filtering. Formspree may temporarily retain submission data according to its service terms and privacy policy.

Details may also be processed by trusted service providers used for website hosting, email and business administration. They are only given the information needed to provide those services.

Under UK data protection law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or restrict the use of your personal information, and to object to certain processing.

You can make a privacy request through the contact form. You also have the right to raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

This website does not currently use advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. If analytics or other cookie-based services are added, this notice and any consent controls will be updated.
